Opened in January 2026 in Tarnos, Sydney makes smash burgers cooked to order. A short menu, one griddle, two partners behind it.

two partners
Aurélien and Jean-Philippe took over 28 boulevard Jacques Duclos at the end of 2025. The bet fit in one line: serve Tarnos a burger you no longer need to drive elsewhere for.
The place was redone before the first service. The idea has not moved since: a short menu, patties smashed to order, toasted buns and a house sauce. Nothing is kept warm, nothing waits under a lamp. What goes out to the room is what goes out for delivery.
