Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the lesydney.fr website. The site is published by S.A.S. LE SYDNEY, which operates the Sydney Smash Burgers restaurant at 28 Boulevard Jacques Duclos, Tarnos, France. Full publisher details are in the legal notice. Browsing the site implies acceptance of these terms.
Access
Access is free and open. The site is available at all times, subject to maintenance, hosting failures and network conditions. Such interruptions give no right to compensation. Connection costs and equipment are your own.
Menu, prices and opening hours
Information published on the site is indicative. The menu, ingredients, prices and opening hours may change without notice, and some items may be temporarily unavailable. Where they differ, only the information displayed at the restaurant and given at the counter prevails. Product photographs are serving suggestions.
Allergens
The list of allergens in our preparations is available at the counter and on request, including by telephone before you visit. If you have an allergy, tell us before ordering: our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, egg, soy, sesame, mustard, sulphites and nuts, and cross-contamination cannot be ruled out.
Ordering, click and collect, delivery
No order and no payment is processed on this site. Click and collect is operated by L'Addition, delivery by Uber Eats. Following either link takes you off lesydney.fr and into a contract with that operator, whose own terms, lead times, fees and privacy policy apply. A complaint about a delivery must go to Uber Eats; a complaint about a meal served or collected at the restaurant must come to us directly.
Intellectual property
Sydney's visual identity — logo, checker pattern, typefaces, layout — was created by Studio Bonjour. Texts, photographs and videos belong to S.A.S. LE SYDNEY or their authors. Any reproduction, display or adaptation, even partial, is prohibited without prior written permission. The Barlow Condensed and Open Sauce One typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Links
The site links to third-party services we do not control and whose content is their publishers' responsibility. Linking to the lesydney.fr home page is free, provided the link is not framed in a way that hides the page's origin and does not imply a commercial relationship that does not exist.
Personal data and cookies
Processing of data sent through the contact form is described in the legal notice. The site sets no cookies: see the cookie policy.
Liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and current, without guaranteeing that it is free of error or omission. We cannot be held liable for unavailability of the site, inaccurate information, damage to your equipment, or the third-party services the site links to.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement we will look for an amicable solution first: write to sydney.smashburgers@gmail.com. Failing agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator listed in the legal notice. Failing resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
